For four days every September, an open-air design and art fair transforms Plaza de Colón into what its organizers call an ephemeral museum. ADN Fórum fills the square with shipping containers painted bright pink, each one hosting a site-specific installation by a different artist, brand or studio.

Now in its fourth edition, ADN Fórum pairs contemporary artists with design and luxury brands inside pavilions built from repurposed shipping containers. Headline partner Maserati marks the 100th anniversary of its Trident emblem with live painting by artist George Parra and test drives along Calle Serrano, while this year's guest country, Panama, presents "Ventanas al Origen," a pavilion on the country's biodiversity with photography by Luis Carlos García and Luis Zamora and tastings of Panamanian specialty coffee.
Other installations pair artists with material and design brands: Alba de la Fuente with surface brand Neolith, collective Somos Carne with flooring brand Tarkett, and Brollo Baldo Studio with bathroom brand Geberit. A café by Pinturas Valentine, "Le Pavillon," serves pastries from the historic Madrid bakery La Pajarita, founded in 1852, alongside Panamanian coffee.
