This website is owned and operated by Gianluca Marletta (the "Owner").
Madrid Now is operated by a private individual. At the date of this notice the website does not carry advertising and does not generate direct or indirect income, and therefore the full identification obligations of Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) do not yet apply. Should the website begin to generate income (for example through advertising, affiliate links or sponsorship), this notice will be updated to include the additional information required by Article 10 LSSI-CE, including tax identification number (NIF) and a postal address.
This notice is provided in any event so that users can identify the Owner and exercise their rights, in accordance with data protection law.

The website is operated from Spain and is directed primarily at users in Spain and visitors to Madrid. Users who access it from other countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with any laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
Access to and use of the website grant the status of user and imply full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice and of the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this notice. Users who do not agree should refrain from using the website.
The Owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, contents and these legal terms of the website.
Event details published on Madrid Now (including dates, times, prices, locations and availability) are obtained from third parties, such as event organisers, venues and public listings. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or currency of this information and accepts no liability for changes, cancellations, errors or omissions. Always verify details directly with the organiser before attending or making any arrangements.

The Owner does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, lawfulness, availability, quality or practices of those sites, nor for any damage arising from their use. The presence of a link does not imply any relationship, endorsement, sponsorship or approval. If the Owner becomes aware that linked content is unlawful, the link will be removed.
Third parties wishing to establish a link to this website must respect the following: the link must point to the home page or to whole pages without framing or altering them; it must not imply any relationship, endorsement, sponsorship or approval by the Owner that does not exist; it must not use the Owner's trademarks or distinctive signs without authorisation, except those forming part of the link itself; and the linking site must not contain unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content. The Owner may request removal of any link to the website at any time, without stating cause.
