These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website Madrid Now, available at www.madridnow.es (the "Website"), owned and operated by Gianluca Marletta (the "Owner"). The Website is an informational platform that publishes and aggregates information about events, culture and activities in Madrid, together with editorial content. Access to the Website is free of charge.
Accessing, browsing or using the Website grants the status of user (the "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory protections applicable to Users qualifying as consumers, who may bring claims before, and rely on the law of, the courts of their own domicile.
