CentroCentro is turning one of its exhibition rooms into an indoor garden for the second summer running, a low-key answer to Madrid's July heat that doesn't involve air conditioning. Housed in the Sala Gloria Fuertes on the second floor, the space is filled with native plant species supplied by Madrid City Council's parks department, arranged around reading corners and publications rather than laid out as a conventional exhibition. The programme includes a botanical drawing workshop led by Marta Chirino and a contemporary flamenco performance by dancer and choreographer Ofelia Márquez, scheduled for 7 August.
